Talk title: An Interactive Panel Discussion on UNECE’s High Performance Buildings Initiative

Description: Opening with Esther Obonyo’s introduction to the Global Building Network, this inaugural virtual embassy talk begins with Ambassador Jean Regibeau discussing Belgium’s success in implementing policy for high-performance buildings and Scott Foster sharing the vision of the UNECE High Performance Buildings Initiative. A panel of speakers then discuss the impacts that Belgium’s work has had in advancing high-performance buildings in Washington DC, Baltimore, and Maine.
